Here are just a few things we can do for your loan program to make it happen for you:

INTEREST ONLY PAYMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION:  During construction the borrower only pays the interest on the loan.  The rate is variable, tied to the prime rate, and can be financed into the loan.

NO PAYMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION:  Interest reserve account (when the borrower qualifies) allows the borrower to choose interest only payments during construction.

5% DOWN:  Loans with as little as 5% down.

INTEREST RATE CAP:  Capped interest rates on construction-to-permanent loans alleviate rising interest rate concerns.  If mortgage interest rates go down you can get the lower rate.

ONE TIME:  With construction-to-permanent  loans there is a one-time application and one-time close which lowers your closing costs.

100% CONSTRUCTION FINANCING:  If you own your lot then use its equity for a down payment to obtain 100% construction financing.

OPTION TO LOWER LOAN AMOUNT:  If additional funds come available (such as through sale of your current house) the permanent loan amount can be paid down before the final draw.

BORROWING POWER:  Match your borrowing power to a construction loan program.  Customers with less than perfect credit (low FICO scores) can qualify for a construction loan.

TIGHT SCHEDULES:  Meet tight schedules with as little as 15 business days between loan application and closing.

SUFFICIENT FUNDS:  Proactively confirms sufficient funds to complete the construction of your new home are included in the loan.

MAJOR LENDERS:  Your construction loan needs are matched with major lenders including Chase, IndyMac Bank, and National City.
