With the confidence of your financial choice work with your DB Homes representative to select and finalize your dream home.  Complete your construction contract and provide it to Steel Blue 1 LLC.  With as little as 15 days close your construction loan.

Step 4  -  Watch Your Dream Home Become Reality

Its time to get ready to move into your new home.  DB Homes are built in a short period of time with the high level of quality and technology you expect today.  When your home is complete let Steel Blue 1 LLC convert your loan to a permanent mortgage.  Enjoy your new surroundings.
